DANCE CONTEST „Oriental Dance Stars 2009“
As a part of the 5th International Oriental Dance Festival, was taking place dance contest “Oriental Dance Stars 2009” The name “Stars” was picked up because so every participator could shine joyfully on the stage! :)
We are expecting international dancers to participate on following category:
Soloists – professionals - dancers who teach and/or are performing for fee
We are expecting all participants to dance one dance by your own choice. It might be a dance which you like the most, which reveals the best sides and skills of the dancer to the audience and is pleasant to perform so you would be able to shine on the stage like a star! Length of the dance in professional category is 3-7 min. Number of participants is limited!
The best dancers of every category were awarded.
Main prize for the winner of Solo Professional (Estonian and International) are:
- an exclusive dance costume from Amani Design (www.amanisecret.com and www.dressfurniture.blogspot.com) Costume value – 3000 eek
- an original egyptian dance costume from Studio Henna (FIN) http://www.studiohenna.fi/
